Every inbound movement starts with a Purchase Order or Transfer Order in Fast WMS. Goods are received against the PO — barcode scanned, lot number generated, weight verified. Quality inspection splits accepted from rejected quantity before anything enters the main store. Put-away is a two-step process: an instruction places the plan; the store man's scan at the bin commits the stock. Until that confirmation scan, the inventory is not live.

Fast WMS manages your warehouse at four levels: Plant → Warehouse → Store → Bin. Each bin has a defined capacity in kg and cubic metres. Every pallet carries a lot number, a status, and a location. The graphical bin map shows you exactly what is in every bin, in real time — no counting, no guessing.
Internal movements — bin transfers, pallet breaks, repacking, cross-docking, kitting, and de-kitting — are tracked as separate transactions. Stock transfers between stores and plants generate their own movement records. Physical stock-taking and cycle counts record variance only — adjustments are reviewed and approved before any figure changes in the system.
Fast WMS generates directed pick lists in the mode that fits your operation: FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, Wave, Route-wise, Delivery Time Slot-wise, or Batch-wise. The pick list shows the exact bin location and lot number. The picker scans the pick list barcode, then scans the pallet at the bin. Wrong pallet scan? Rejected immediately — before it reaches packing.
Pick confirmation happens on a mobile device — any Android smartphone, or a dedicated Zebra or Honeywell handheld scanner. An optional Checker Confirmation step adds a second validation layer before dispatch. Picker Accuracy Reports track individual and team performance with date-range selection.

At the dispatch dock, every item is scanned against the delivery challan. A wrong item or quantity is blocked by the system before the truck leaves — not discovered after a customer complaint. The dispatch generates the Delivery Challan and Packing Slip automatically. Customer alerts go out via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email on dispatch confirmation.
For last-mile delivery, the Fast WMS mobile app assigns routes to drivers, provides Google Maps navigation, and confirms delivery by OTP — preventing disputed or false delivery claims. Payment is collected at delivery (Cash, UPI) and recorded in the system. OTIF (On-Time In-Full) tracking gives management visibility of delivery performance against committed quantities and delivery times.
