Every inbound movement starts with a Purchase Order or Transfer Order in Fast WMS. Goods are received against the PO — barcode scanned, lot number generated, weight verified. Fast WMS manages your warehouse at four levels: Plant → Warehouse → Store → Bin. Each bin has a defined capacity in kg and cubic metres. Every pallet carries a lot number, a status, and a location. The graphical bin map shows you exactly what is in every bin, in real time — no counting, no guessing.
Define and track stock as individual items, boxes, cartons, bins or complete pallets. Fast WMS preserves the relationship between every handling unit while recording pallet breaks, repacking, transfers and approved stock adjustments.
Fast WMS creates a guided pick route using FIFO, FEFO, LIFO, Wave, Route-wise, Delivery Time Slot or Batch rules. The handheld shows each location in sequence, and the picker scans the bin and product to confirm every pick.
Picking works on Android phones and Zebra or Honeywell handheld scanners. Optional Checker Confirmation adds a final verification step, while accuracy reports track picker and team performance.

At the dispatch dock, every pallet or carton is scanned against the delivery challan before loading. Once confirmed, Fast WMS records the dispatch, generates the Delivery Challan and Packing Slip, and sends the customer an alert by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
For last-mile delivery, Fast WMS assigns drivers and routes, supports Google Maps navigation and records delivery through OTP confirmation. Cash or UPI collection and OTIF performance are tracked in the same system.
